A very nice hotel
We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. They served above and beyond what may have been expected.

no heat
The hotel is not easy to find, and more information on their web site would help. More importantly, after we arrived in our room, the electricity to all the wall outlets failed-- lights remained on, but we had no power in any of the outlets, which meant we had no heat, as the only heat source (typical for southern Africa) was an electric space heater. This made the stay quite miserable. The desk clerks were not helpful.
