newcastles finest!
i was extremely pleased with all aspects of the hotel. great views, friendly staff, clean crisp rooms, and the pool and hot tub just tipped the scales. would love to go back.

Underwhelmed
Despite convenient location I cannot recommend this hotel. Over priced for services offered. Front desk staff, though courteous, were lacking in training and/or experience. Concierge hopeless.

Good views but not great for city centre
The rooms do have fine views, although ours was stuffy and the a/c made little difference. Not as central as we expected, quite a climb involved (if carrying luggage) & taxis charging £4 to £8 per trip- so can work out more expensive than expected. Bar food good but service very casual.
