Good location, dated rooms
The Coptorne Birmingham is very centrally located in the city and is a smaller hotel (compared to the Hyatt or Holiday Inn). Restaurant was quite good for dinner, and breakfast buffet was extensive. The rooms are somewhat worn and definitely need updating. There are very good restaurants and extensive shopping within walking distance. The Birmingham museum is also very close.

Excellent experience
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Copthorne Birmingham. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff could not have been more pleasant and accomodating, no matter how many times I inadvertently deprogrammed my room key with my mobile phone. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and fresh, would certainly go back if in the area again.
