The just-right hotel...comfortable and deluxe
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Though we tipped often, it was optional so the staff was not overbearing in trying to earn one. We liked that it was small enough to seem comfortable but had all the ammenities and services of a larger hotel. The included breakfast buffet was the best part...great service and delicious food! The restaurants and pub were fine...and nice to have as a convenient option. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. The lobby was a little overdone as the reviews point out but the rooms were nice. Will definitely book again!
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Better to walk out and then grab a cab...or book a car service yourself rather than have the hotle do it for you to save a little.

Great Hotel
We had great experience at Hotel Marine Plaza. The only real complaint was that they did not give any extra toilet paper rolls so with three of us in the room we ran out farely often and would have to hunt down housekeeping for more rolls. This was our only real complaint. The complimentary breafast was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary bottle water in our rooms each day also. The staff were wonderful. We had a small emergency in the wee hours of the morning and they sent someone out to get what was needed and promptly delivered it to our room. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully there is a discount for previous guests.

A nice hotel
This is a nice, well-located hotel in Nariman Point, with decent in-house restaurants. A short walking distance to most of the attractions in the area but not overly touristy. Staff was solicitous and well-informed although I kept receiving different definitions for "late checkout".
