Central location
We stayed for five days in the Allstar and chose the hotel based on previous Tripadvisor user feedback. The hotel staff was very helpfull and friendly. The hotel was located central to all attractions and transport. The only negatives were poor AC in middle of the summer temps and the mattress was quite firm; ie box springs w/o mattress? Despite all this the price was acceptable.

There are numerous hotels, motels, B&B’s in the old part of Istanbul. Just make sure you are close to the tram line.

Wonderful Location, Helpful Stuff
This location is very near the Blue Mosque and very central to get around Istanbul. The Hotel receptionist was friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Room clean, breakfast fantastic view on roof terrace and food great to set you up for the day. Walking outside the hotel, lots of restaurants to choose from and the best one is right outside the hotel. Very friendly and good was fantastic. Stayed for the weekend and ended up eating here 3 times. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and looked after us so well. Would stay here again and recommended to everyone. Note: If you are thinking about a tsfr from hotel to airport, book with the hotel, easier, cheaper and less hassle.

A great find
Great value hotel, with very friendly staff, who make it a real home from home. Plus the location couldn’t be better, both for the sights and restaurants. Would go back!
