Very clean and comfortable
My wife and I stayed for the first three nights on our arrival in October 2009 in a Deluxe Suite, and decided to stay again for two nights before our return home, though this time in a Standard Room. Both were spacious in size and extremely clean and comfortable. Check out their website, which gives good 3D Room Layouts. All staff we came into contact with, were very polite, helpful and eager to please. Nearby there is a small supermarket for provisions, plenty of ATMs and one or two bars. The apartments are quite a way off Sukhumvit but walking ithe distance is no problem (we are both aged around 60 and took us about ten minutes) and we only took the complimentary Tuk-Tuk on two occasions. Half way down Soi 24 is the Sea Food Supermarket Restaurant which we can fully recommend and is quite a different experience to your normal restaurant. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to use President Park again.

Will be returning
Fantastic place to stay - the apartmets are slightly out of the action however everything is easily accesible by skytrain or metro with stops very close by. The hotel operate a late check out (upto 2pm) offer free dvd’s for you to watch in your room, leave complimentary detergent for the washing machine and even sent me a card to celebrate my birthday while I was there. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel booked me a taxi from there to the airport for 400 baht - there is a taxi rank drectly outside the hotel who offered me a cab for 250 baht - the price you pay for someone else doing the organising I guess.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Within walking distance you have a Thai boxing stadium (say you want the cheapest tickets - standing, which they only sell to locals - and like me you could get a ringside seat for the same price!) and the night bazaar which can keep you busy for a couple of evenings. When you get a taxi in Bangkok - make sure the cab is put on a meter - the driver will often quote a price 3 or 4 times more than the meter price to tourists but dont have a problem if you tell them to switch it on.

President Park
Although a nice spacious room, the view was of a parking garage. the pool was in a separate building across the street. It was a cute little neighborhood, with 24 hour supermarket, starbucks, nice Thai food. The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was a little disappointing. Although not too far from the airport the road was very congested and took a while to reach the hotel.
