Excellent historic hotel in a good location
All facets of the hotel were to an extremely high standard. service, the room and restaurant were all exemplary. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody for leisure or business

Great place to visit
The hotel is situated directly opposite the Church of the Holy Ghost. The location could not be better. We had a room to the rear, no view, but quiet. The staff were evry pleasant and helpful
Traveller's tip
The Lufhansa airport bus from Frankfurt to Heidelberg is very good value. I would recommend making a booking only three of us on the way there but a full bus on the way back. Someone almost got left behind but for a no show.

Great hotel, great location, good value
Surprised to see how big the hotel was on the inside, and the room we got was spacious too. It can be a little tricky getting to your room, as there are lots of different levels and labyrinth-like corridors, but there is good signage. Location is great, smack in the middle of HauptStrasse - great for shopping by day and partying by night (right on the lower, parallel street). Breakfast buffet has little variety and lacks originality, but will get your belly full.
