Service with a snarl!
A roasting hot room and temperamental air conditioning. Waking up to a shower that doesn’t work and tea cups with a stale smell didn’t inspire confidence in housekeeping. I spoke to the duty manager on checkout who didn’t even see fit to offer an apology. Abysmal customer services!

Poor location
This hotel is about a 10min drive from historical Greenwich Town Centre. It’s also a good 20min walk to the nearest tube station. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer a free shuttle service so taxis are needed if you don’t have a car. Otherwise it’s a pretty standard motel type facility which serves its purpose.

Very good and reasonable price
Fantastic for the o2 only a short walk away. Good links to the city with 24hr bus service and Tube is very accessible. Breakfast although continental was very good.
