Our room was noisy and smelly
The room had a funny smell in it. It was very noisy, all you could hear all night was the lift going up and down. Also you could hear people in adjoining rooms making phone calls. The lower cost Aarons hotel nearby is a lot nicer although it did not have the benefit of free parking

don’t book it
I have stayed here umpteen times. This time the service was very poor, they did not clean the room properly, the TV was not working for 14 days, I was told BS after BS... The last day there was not hot water, another BS, no Perth hotel has hot water due a burst mains (we had cold water!!!). Breakfast is oily, disgusting, for the hungry and the penniless.... This hotel has gone so downhill in six months, it unbelevable... Ooooh, I forgot, it was a windy couple of days and you could feel it through the vents, I slept with my bed sheets waving through the wind. The new air-con/heating system is completely inadequate for the room! no power whatsoever... The fridge was noisy, it had to be switched off for the night!
got to City Waters next block, the same chain but better overall
