Brilliant Hotel - and friendly staff
This is a fantastic hotel with amazing views and a real sense of luxury. The staff seemed very friendly and I would certainly love to go back. The only thing that wasnt brilliant was the small indoor pool - no shampoo in the showers and needs upgrading a bit, but they do have a big renovation planned for the next couple of years which will incorporate this.

Will go back again
Right on the lovely Fistral Beach, this hotel is an absolute gem. We were upgraded virtue of our honeymoon and the ocean view room had a huge bed with the most amazing view directly out onto the Atlantic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are lots of lovely little touches that make it feel very homely; plenty of sofas scattered about in little side rooms, little notes about the day’s weather… The food is delicious, there is a little terrace serving cream teas and a light menu throughout the day and a restaurant with a daily menu, both overlooking the beach or ocean. There is a warm indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, which are open from 7:30am to 10:30pm. We found that there were very few people in the pool in the evening so we got a quiet swim in every night. The place is very dog friendly, as is the beach so it’s a great place to take the dogs for a lovely holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.

A great location but hotel was in need of refurbishment
The hotel was very spacious and all the staff I encountered were friendly and attentive, however, I dont think the cost of the hotel represented good value for money. Parts of the hotel looked tired and at breakfast the food wasnt replenished quickly enough. There were long queues at breakfast and when you finally got to the front of the queue most of the cooked food had gone and the fruit had vanished! Overall the restaurant was disappointing
