Loved It!
My husband and I stayed here on an anniversary trip to Asheville. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and smelled nice. We were convenient to the Biltmore, Biltmore Village and about a 10 minute drive from downtown. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay again when visiting the Biltmore. The breakfast area is small but if we got there kind of early and had no trouble finding a place to sit. Kudos to the staff at this hotel as they are doing a great job!

Beds need to be changed
The hotel and the staff were great but the bed was way too hard. Both my wife and I had 2 sleepless nights. They were too firm and we both woke up with back aches. Guess it is just a matter of prefrence. If you love firm beds, then I would highly recommend this hotel. The Continental Breakfast was great in the morning.
