Would stay again
The location in Buckhead is convenient to restaurants and highways. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities good. Free buffet breakfast was confusing and the food was only fair. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Internet wi-fi fee was reasonable but I dont believe hotels should charge for it at all. Self parking is cheaper but we used the valet and they were very efficient. The rates were reasonable and we would stay there again.
CHOPS was recommended to us and the food did not diasppoint. It was excellent. Out waiter was personable and efficient. We had a reservation and we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated and there is no seating area-unaccepatable! The food was excellent and the steaks prepared to exact specifications.

Just OK
I stayed here on business for 2 nights. Checking in was a horror story...there was 1 person working at the front desk in the afternoon. My sheets were dirty and I found 2 little dead bugs in the bed. I called downstairs and explained this to the gentlemen and he had housekeeping come up to deliver new sheets only. When informed the housekeeper about the dirty sheets and the bugs, she told me that the gentlemen did not explain anything to her, only to deliver new sheets. There was a lack of communication between the staff. However I found that once the housekeeper was informed, she immediately took the liberty to rectify the problem and put me at ease. She was friendly and courious and the only one who seemed to care about her job. This hotel only has 1 thing going for them, location! Other than that I am going to keep my eyes open for something not as run down in that area.

Will Book Again
The walls being very thin coupled with the BET HipHop Awards weekend made for an annoying first day. Ruths Chris being downstairs made room service to die for and breakfast is always a charm at Embassy Suites. Make sure that youre a world-class driver to maneuver about the entrance oval.
The best soul food restaurants are all in or around Mid-Town - for visitors, of course.
