Employees were exemplary
The young man at the front desk changed our room from the second floor to the first once he saw all our baby luggage. We didnt even have to ask! He also offered to take a group picture for us, again, without us asking. I wish I knew his name because he was really good at his job. We stayed there April 18, 2009, in Ames, so hopefully he can get the props he deserves.
