Days in @ Shellburne VT
The hotel stay was nice with some caveats. The carpet smelled funny, and when we checked with Guest service, we were given an air-freshner!!!! There were problems with wifi access, but the daily breakfast was good.

Magic Hat brewing company is a couple of miles away from the hotel. South Burlington has a great downtown to party

dark and dreary
While the staff are friendly and helpful, this hotel is rundown and unkempt. The first thing that assaults you is that old dilapidated hotel smell. Our bathroom floor was not clean, The breakfast was the typical Costco fare lacking any imagination. Too much money for what you get.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Rent bikes and go on the bike path out to the causeway. It is beautiful and surprisingly level. There are local boat owners who will take you for a sail. My husband considered that the highlight of our stay.
