busted heater
when we got there it was quiet and convient, we had gotten all unpacked and undressed, tried to turn the heater on it did no work properly we did report it, the desk mgr ask if it does not imporve to let her know, well for us that was an inconvience, because we had already got unpacked , we were already tied, had turned heater on in room when we got there, at 1st i thought it just needed time, before we realized, we were bundled together very cold but sleepy, it was after 8pm when we arrived.

poor host
The hotel manager was rude and argumentive. He Complained about us asking for more towles. he complained about us getting more then the usual hotel ice bucket of ice. showed no hospitality.
