Wonderful Stay
Staying at the Omni in New Haven, CT is truly a 5 star experience. The accommodations are impeccable and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. One of the best hotel experiences of my life. I am now looking forward to planning future holidays around Omni locations.

convenient to college
plenty of street noise due to college watering holes. Comfortable bar upstairs with plenty of sofas and chairs to relax

New Haven Omni
Excellent location, large well equipped and comfortable rooms. Ours had a great view from the window but for best views ask for the side overlooking the green and Yale (this is the same view as from the restaurant on the top floor). Avoid the in-house breakfast - very expensive. Try the Copper Kettle diner on Chapel St two blocks away - much better. Parking also is very expensive.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Get a guided tour of Yale - the students do these over the summer (from the Yale info centre just off the green). Very informative and you would miss a lot if you didn’t do this.
