Room reeked of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room

Rooms are small, furniture mismatched, great staff, poor ownership.

Not Even in a Pinch, Ever Again
Friendly Staff, reserved non smoking room, it was a smoking room, with ashtrays, bathroom was clean, room was not clean, had the window open all night in order to breath fresh air. Breakfast, no coffee, no cereal, limited to donut/pastry. Very expensive vs quality. I am not real particular, but this was just plain nasty.
