Sheraton
As is the case with all European hotels, beds were too hard. Was a decent experience considering only reopened a day or two before I got there.

Enjoyable Stay
The staff at the hotel was responsive and informative. While anyone at the desk was as competent and helpful as any other, I’d like to say that Sebastian, the gentleman on duty at night, was the best. He had the combination of kindness, eagerness and intelligence to provide a level of service even the most demanding visitor would be pleased. My stay would have been perfect if the lobby were a non-smoking area.
