This is a great hotel
This is a great hotel. The location cannot be beat -- easy walking distance to everything within the old town. The service is outstanding; the staff was particularly helpful in arranging a driver/guide for a trip into the countryside. The rooms are clean and so very quiet. The food -- the buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room -- is well above average. Also, it was easy for us to stay connected by computers outside the lobby and also in our room. This is where we will stay next time we are in Riga.

Attend an organ concert at the Riga Cathedral, less than a five minute walk from the hotel.

One of the best hotels in Riga
Very good location - in the heart of Old City. Good for walking around. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

I will be back
My daughter and I stayed here for a short break and were impressed by the friendly approach of our welcome.The service was impressive and the breakfast buffet excellent. I will certainly stay at the Palace when I next visit Riga

Our luggage was lost and to avoid the problems this caused I will always take a complete change of clothes in my hand luggage in future
