Great location
The location is superb, right next to the main plaza. Next to everything you might need. Convenient Sanborns store in the ground floor. Our room was a bit on the small side and the TV signal was not great. But the balcony overviews the plaza and the Christmas decorations in the hotel were top of the line: A big, 10 ft Santa climbing stairs to deliver presents; and a 50 ft tall Christmas tree made of natural poinsettia flowers.

Very nice experience
From the doorman to the front desk agents to the room attendants - everyone was very helpful and efficient.
Traveller's tip on shopping
We were within several blocks to right outside the front door of great shopping.
