Very impressed as usual
Stayed here before and always a treat. Exceptional value for a four star hotel and a great location to boot. Service is excellent, there was one breakdown in communication where we booked an area of the bar for a gathering. We arranged this with the concierge the evening before but on the night the message hadn’t filtered through the the bar staff. They were full of apologies and immediately resolved the problem by rearranging the furniture for us a little bit. Following this they were very attentive all night so no complaints, a breakdown of communication which was dealt with swiftly and professionally Overall therefore another 5 out of 5 from us
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
The hotel provides car parking from 6pm until 8am. In the same carpark you can top this up with a voucher for 7 days unlimited parking for only EUR30, this is essential and saves a fortune. Well worth it but not advertised on the website

Fantastic location Ticks all the right boxes
Stayed here just one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It really is in the heart of Limerick. We availed of the Early Bird menu which was fantastic value, excellent food, well presented, waiting staff were brilliant. Great breakfast also. Will most definately use this hotel again.

Great hotel!
Everything about this hotel was great. The location, bar and service were a real treat for my first trip to Limerick.

The chinese restaurant across the street - on the upper level - is excellent!
