Great hotel .. some rooms noisy though
Stayed at l’Horizon for 1 week. We had a room overlooking the car park where linen deliveries took place regularly between 7 and 7:30 am. Became a bit annoying so after a couple of days we asked for a move to a quieter room. Hotel managed this very well with no question. Overall Hotel facilities , service and quality is excellent but if you place a high value on peace and quiet in the morning then be careful what room you book.
Traveller's tip on dining
Good range of food options. Recommend the Oyster Box in St Brelade .. meals we had there were excellent but probably not the cheapest if you have a large family to feed. Join the queue at Pizza Express .. it is a good option too and worth waiting.

Very frendly staff exceptional service
Beautiful location, excelant menu, breakfast deliverd to your room at no extra charge. spa facilites are very good.

Fantastic Sea Views, Friendly Staff, Amazing Jacuzzi
This was our first trip to Jersey and it turned out to be a memorable one. Thanks to the L Horizon. We were in an Executive Double. The room was comfortable (though it was a bit small), the bathromm was big & clean (Both of us are a bit finicky about having good bathrooms). The balcony faced the open sea, had a cute coffe table and a lovely view. The surprise element was the DVD player in the room and a selection of DVDs available to watch. One thing I’d like to highlight it that though there are 2 buses into the town from near the hotel, the frequency is not great. One is every 30 mins & the other every hour. So if you don’t mind spending a bit more, best is to hire a car at the airport. The island is beautiful to drive around, stopping at pubs around the coast. In town, finding parking could be challenging, but there are paid parking lots e.g. Cineworld parking, which usualy have space. The hotel staff gave us some handy tips about parking which was really useful. The Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc facilities in the hotel are good as well. Food is slightly expensive but so it is all over the island in good restaurants. In a nutshell, we’d recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
