Complaint in Progress
Do not stay at this hotel during ’wedding season’, sadly we were treated as second class citizens throughout our stay as the wedding party took precedence over facilities, staffing numbers, service times. The bar areas (both indoor and outdoor) was closed off for this function. Sadly this hotel is not big enough to cater adequately for weddings and normal guests at the same time. Very disappointing.

Surprisingly Good
After much searching on the internet for a reasonable price I decided to book a nights stay at the hotel. The staff were very accomodating, polite and helpful, the hotel is smart and clean , with very relaxing surroundings. The facilities available are modern upto date, rooms have TV- DVD Wireless/Broadband facilities some of them I wasn’t in a position to use. with a health Spa next door.For only a brief visit I would recommend this as short stay stop over.
This is ideally located near A20/M25 - junction

Not As Expected
Have stayed in similar hotels which were much better. We paid for the executive room but got a small room which I would have thought was just adequate for the standard room. The hotel was clean but the pool was in need of an upgrade. I found a lot of matted hair in the Jacuzzi tub which was disgusting. Breakfast was only ok. There were a lot of things in the hotel which needs an upgrade. Not a premier 4 star hotel at all. Wouldn’t return.
Ask what your getting in the Executive room, that your not in the standard. I’m sure they are both the same.
