A good base for exploring Lucerne
Design a little too sleek if you’re traditional Swiss character. But this hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Good location for access tothe town centre and the station.

Modern Swiss Hotel
We liked the Hotel Astoria, mainly because it was modern and spacious, compared to most hotels in Switzerland. The location was great and the little Italian restaurant downstairs was outstanding!

Great Breakfast
The parking is really great (expensive, but safe) - your car goes on an elevator. The Breakfast was great, but there were some tours there who had another breakfast and didn’t like it. With our Hotels.com reservation, we were a private guest and the breakfast was great! This is a small hotel (the hallway is small) and it was a bit noisy, but this price for such a nice hotel in Luzern is worth the money!
