Good hotel would stay again.
Just came back from a wonderful holiday on Orlando. Was staying in this hotel, the room we were put in was clean and had everything needed. The staff were mainly nice, there was one younger staff member that seemed to laugh at me when I had questions which I didn’t appreciate but the woman that was around in the mornings was very helpful and kind and allowed us a late check out so we were able to stay in our room till 2pm instead of the 11am check out with no extra fee. Shuttles to disney ran twice to the park in the morning, dropping off at epcot only at around 8:10am and 10:40am and would pick up twice in the evening around 6ish and 9ish so if you’re going to stay out late at downtown disney or something you need to get a cab, taxi’s can be caught from every park and cost around $20 to get back to this hotel. (except if you leave from magic kingdom then its $30+) Shuttles to universal and seaworld ran once every morning at 9:35 and returned at around 7ish again if you need a cab after that it’ll cost about $20 from universal and you can walk back from seaworld. The shuttle stops at about 3 more hotels on your way to the parks and can sometimes be full. 1 bad thing that happened when we were there though is that the toilet became blocked and the staff member I mentioned as being a bad staff member was working behind the desk, she gave us a plunger and made us fix the toilet ourselves which was very poor service while she seemed to be gossiping on the phone to a friend.

enjoyed our stay,
With breakfast included , it was an added bonus. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool surrounding area, towels left lying, furniture needed a good clean up.
