Convenient to Dusseldorf airport
We had an early morning flight out from Dusseldorf and didn’t want a long drive to the airport before the long flight home. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport in a newer office park area. Nothing to see or do within walking distance, but the hotel is clean and modern and the price was very reasonable - a definite plus with the dollar at 1.5 to the euro. The room itself was typical of what I’ve seen in Germany - compact by American standards but not tiny. The shower was a very large walk-in style, it made me consider remodeling my home shower. All things considered, I was very satisfied with the stay. A clean, quiet, comfortable room, convenient to the airport at a very affordable price. For my purpose it was ideal. For anyone desiring walking access to city amenities this is not the place to stay as it is definitely not in the heart of the city.

Clean and comfortable
Very pleasant hotel that’s very easy to find. Lovely clean and simple rooms with good space and facilities. Bathroom has a nice shower, but no bath, but the kids found the shower a novelty.

a good choice for a visit
whilst slightly off the beaten track it’s within easy reaching distance of Krefeld town centre [about a 5 minute walk from the tram (#42) which takes about 15 mins to get you to the hauptbahnhoff] the staff were very courteous & informative of how to get to destinations within the city the rooms were modern spacious & of a high standard although it was located at the edge of an industrial area there was very little noise from the traffic both day & night all in all a good choice for a visit to the city of Krefeld
