Needs improvement
Hotel is in great location and rooms are nice. But the hotel needs to state in website that rooms are not cleaned during stay. there is an additional charge for room clean, which I feel is ridiculous since the hotel rate is not cheap. I did not get clean towels during my week stay and bed barely made every day.

Reasonable value
Not bad value for money, but would advise to get room where bedroom is NOT on George Street elevation as even on eleventh floor was noisey in the early hours

Nice room for the price
This hotel was close to alot of places in Sydney including Darling Harbour, Chinatown and Paddy’s Market where you can find great souvenirs at fantastic prices. The room was nice sized and the kitchen was very convenient. Though close to the public transportation system it still was a hike with all your luggage. Overall a great room for the price in the heart of Sydney.
