Excellent hotel in Malta
We stayed in the intercontinental malta in St Julians. It has an excellent location close to everything you could need. Excellent facilities, especially the Gym and Pools. Very good quality food and at reasonable prices. Recommend you book early to get special deals.

Maltese relaxation
Hotel was comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of facilities, though suggest that there are many restaurants that are around St Julians to venture in as opposed to simply going for Hotel food. There is a small restaurant at the back of a shopping centre across the road from the hotel called Pasha recommended for sure. Great food!!
Traveller's tip
If you like Thai food and are happy to spend for a few bob, make sure you visit the Blue Elephant restaurant in the Hilton - Awesome service and food. Also do not go to San Guiliano’s great view though poor service and average food - not worth the cash. Travel by bus its cheap and fairly hassle free.

Inter Continental
The over condition of the building is good and the rooms are to a good size and standard. But this hotel is not to a 5 star standard. There were cockroaches present near the reception area which leads to the business center on the lower ground floor. Ants were in abundance by the pool with the general cleanliness of the sundeck loungers being questionable. Staff can range from being well turned out and trained to the exact opposite. There also appears to be a very poor management structure in place within the hotel.
