Rather disappointed in the dolce - chantilly
The Dolce chantilly is in wonderful extensive grounds, if you are a golfer then it would be great. the hotel its self was very nice but nothing spectacular, infact we were rather dissappointed, for the prices charged for the room they were rather small, and lacked atmospher. The buffet meal was really good, and plenty of choice if you liked fish. We would have like to eat in the Michealin star dining room, but this was book up and I must say when my enqiured about this she was dealt with rather rudly. Over all a very nice hotel, but about from the gounds nothing special.

Not impressed
The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and light but the restaurant was poor. There were even ants crawling up the table cloth. The main restaurant was shut as the chef was on holiday, despite the hotel being full and it was the middle of August. We won’t be going back.

Ideal for short stay
Beautiful grounds and very tasteful decor. Ideal for short stay otherwise a car is required as a bit isolated and taxis expensive. Breakfasts great with loads of choice but drinks and evening menu pricey and not great quality. Plenty of restaurants locally ( taxi required). All staff very helpful. Rooms very clean, well dressed and comfortable but no drawers and short of hangers. A lovely, relaxing experience in beautiful surroundings
