the gym was a bit small and could do with some up dateing, but clean and plesant

Could be better...
The room was very nice but tiny for a double room (the bed had to be against the wall to fit). Service from staff could have been better, they were not particularly helpful. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic Hotel Shame about the Tomato Sauce
My girlfriend and I visisted the scotlands hotel for 2 nights stay to celebrate my 24th Birthday. It’s set right in the heart of pitlochry up a small side street. A fantastic hotel with pleasant staff, clean, comfortable rooms. We were Bed and Breakfast and took breakfast in the hotel on both mornings. My only complaint with the hotel is the lack of organisation in the morning. There seem to be too many people doing too many different things and quite often the wrong plates were taken to the wrong table. The only thing that bugged me was when I asked for some tomato sauce, but after waiting and asking a second time, then waiting some more... breakfast was finished by the time it was brought to me. it may sound petty but I suppose its a mark of how good a time we had that my only complaint is over tomato sauce!
