ok, but nothing outstanding
the hotel and accomendations were clean and well maintained bt i expect it to be. i didnt see or feel that anyone was overtop as far as customer service. the breakfast was good but the waitress was a little rude and unfriendly.

Ok, but not great.
Bathroom had quite a bit of hair on the floor, they cleaned it the next morning. Plus, they asked for my CC for incidentals, but DID NOT inform me that they were taking money from my account. Apparently they take so much for each day of your stay when you first check in and return it several days after you check out. I’m aware some hotels do this, but not all, and it was very unprofessional to just take money out of my account without notice. Luckily I checked my account online before going on any shopping sprees.
