A hidden gem
This hotel is hidden behind lush landscaping to try and mask the heavy traffic sounds from I75. Poolside has piped in music to assist with this which for the most part is successful. Inside public and private areas look like they have been recently renovated. Public areas are decorated in a very artistic style not normally found in this type of chain hotel. Personally loved it and am pursuing the artist responsible for the metal art. Room very clean, great internet connection, large clean baths comfortable bed and couches. Very pleasant staff. Only minor complaint was the hot tub - was same temp as pool (warm but not what I call hot) and did not have the jacuzzi pressure normally found in hot tubs. Business center is located in the main lobby. Did not partake of the free breakfast but the meal area looked clean and spacious the nite before. Great rate!

Outstanding quality
When I entered the hotel it was like walking into an elegant spa. Very well appointed and maintained with friendly, courteous service.

Not pleased with their customer service
The Front Desk personel doe not have a clue on what customer service is.
