Clean and convenient
This hotel was right on the #10 tram line directly from the airport and also to the center of downtown Zurich. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I arrived at 8am after a red eye flight. I was told that I couldn’t check in until 2pm. They were able to get me in a room at 9am without any pushing on my part. There’s a very nice restaraunt in the hotel but it’s expensive. There’s a more reasonable Italian restaraunt on the same side of the street about a half block away across from the tram station. The hotel was clean and simple in a Swiss way and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a decent number of restaraunts. Definitly would stay there again!
Convert to Francs before you arrive and get your credit card authorized beforehand by the lender for use in the countries you plan on visiting so charges arent’ blocked for possible fraud.

Not Bad
Hotel located in commercial area of Zurich, near to banks, shops, train, tram and bus station. Distance to center with S-Bahn: 10 min. The only disadvantages of the hotel are the small rooms and beds and the expensive internet vouchers.

Had to change rooms
Checked in, went to the room and found it to be a smoking room with a very bouncy floor. Asked to change rooms and hotel responded right away. Put us in a room set up as a single. Had to request pillow and towels. Again, staff was very responsive to request. Don’t expect to find much in the way of meals in the neighborhood on a Sunday evening, but we worked around that. Even with the little inconveniences, we’d stay here again, especially if flying out through Zurich. Quick airport access.
