booked double, given a twin.
when you book over a month in advance and you get to your room to find its a twin and you booked a double, its unacceptable to have to go back down to sort out, its not my problem if they are full. It was changed under sufferance, but then they got the room service wrong, pretty poor for 25 euro, croisants and cold tea.

somewhere to return to
Although situated a few Metro stops from the city centre, the hotel was excellent for transport links, trams, buses, Metro all on the doorstep. A most comfortable hotel, clean and decent sized rooms. There are plenty of shops/cafes within walking distance and a stroll down the boulevard takes you to the Cinquantenaire arch. Somewhere we would return to.
