Wonderful
This was a really lovely hotel, conveniently located in central London. The staff was warm and courteous...and, extremely helpful in assisting with directions, reservations and the like. The room was a bit small for two, but the hotel made up for this with its furnishings and decor. My only quibble is that when travelling from overseas...guests that arrive in the morning are asked to wait for their rooms...this means waiting for hours! We were dead tired after finally getting into the room around 3pm....more than five hours after our arrive in the city! If any improvements could be made to this hotel, it would be to find a way to accommodate guests travelling from far distances.
Near the hotel...there were a few wonderful restaurants worth mentioning... Union Cafe, Zoom and The Giraffe (for breakfast)! If you are staying for three days or more, its best to get a oyster card...this allows use of the bus and Tube at a discounted price than paying per ride.

Lovely London Spot
A beautifully decorated and maintained boutique hotel. Wonderful front desk staff. Love the charming Marylebone neighborhood, which has one of the best London High Streets (main streets), Its where we always try to stay when visiting our daughter and her family as they live in Marylebone, which is convenient to all of London via the tube. Normally we get the basic room in London hotels due to the expense of anything Deluxe, etc. This time we went up a notch as most basic rooms in London are usually so terribly cramped. I dont know what the Marylebones basic rooms look like, but we had a very nice amount of space in the one-level up room. First time staying at the Marylebone, but it definitely will not be the last.

Pleasantly surprised
I stayed at this hotel prior to the hotels renovation. This is like a different hotel entirely. The decor is modern yet warm and inviting. It is really lovely and the location was always great. The rooms are extremely LARGE. Normally rooms are not that big. If I had to complain, it would be the dinner reservations that I thought were made but when I arrived at the restaurant I was told they did not have them and the wake up call the never came. Luckily I set my phone alarm as well so it was not a big deal. The hotel itself was really worth it and I do plan on returning to stay again...
