Mostly Good But Not 5 Star
Great location, pleasant staff, nice clean rooms. But not 5 star as was advertised. Free internet access is only available in some rooms and it’s completely random who gets it. When we found we didn’t have a landline in our room for free internet, we asked to be moved to a room that did have it. They said they could not move us because all the rooms were full, which seemed like a lie because the hotel was a ghost town that weekend. Also, the fitness room was a joke. One multi-purpose cable machine (which was broken) and 2 small dumbbells. A true 5-star hotel would have a decent fitness center.

NOT a 5-Star Hotel
Expedia advertised this as a 5-star hotel. Perhaps they should revisit their criteria for what makes a 5-star hotel. Very comparable to a Mariott or a Holiday Inn. No services, no pool, no concierge, no high-end ameneties. Clean and no-frills. 3-star hotel at best.
