Old
This building is old and in disrepair. Trying to get into it is a pain because you have to take 2 different elevators. Parking is too expensive. No flatscreens, No HD, No Pay Per View movies at all. A few pans were not cleaned properly.

Free Shuttle Service
Our hotel offerred free shuttle to medical centers and even provided transportation to a well attended sporting event of many people on a particular weekend. Some folks even obtained transport to the theatre and the hotel staff was accommodating.

Great place to stay
Excellant staff, rooms were much more than we expected. A little farther from southside than we wanted. But I would definitely stay there again. Loved it! Full kitchen was a nice surprise
