Nice Hotel but Noisy
Excellent location and overall a very nice hotel; however it’s above the McDonalds which closes at 4 a.m. and seems to be the local hangout for loud revelers. So, if you’re looking for a quiet place and wanting a good nights sleep, good luck! The complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Egon restaurant seemed lacking relative to other Egon’s in Norway. During our three days there, the restaurant appeared short staffed with many of the food items and glasses, etc. not replenished. The hotel itself is very nice as are the rooms and beds.

Great central location
Central location close to pubs, ferry terminal and fish markets. All within a 5 min walk. Lovely modern rooms and yummy breakfast. The only minor gripe was that the shower was tiny. Other than that it was great.

Good room in a central area. Fine overall for a holiday and not too expensive.
