Not worth four stars
It was adequate - we’ve stayed in better 2/3 star hotels. We stayed 4 days and the room wasn’t properly serviced or cleaned once. No-one appeared to be managing the breakfast restaurant, so that when it was full, things were fairly chaotic.
Traveller's tip on dining
Don’t eat at any of the linked restaurants as the service is poor - there are plenty of others much better within walking distance to suit all tastes.

A nice surprise
I booked the hotel in a rush looking for good value close to the station. The hotel was an easy walk from the station, and also convenient for walking through interesting streets to the centre of the city. I was very happy walking around by myself after dark. Inside the hotel was comfortable and I found the room bright clean and spacious - a double. Plenty of light from a large window, althought the view wasn’t anything special. The decor and the furniture simple and restrained. The bed comfortable. The bar looked inviting although I didn’t have time to use it. The free guest computer terminals and wireless internet throughout the hotel both very much appreciated. I left a wash bag in the room - it was found, kept and returned to me intact.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Walk - Copenhagen is small and accessible - but if time is pressing buy a 24hour transport ticket and go by bus. Very clearly marked and they run on time.

Worst 4 star I’ve stayed in ever!
I have stayed in a number of 4 star hotels in Copenhagen in the last few months on business and this has to be the worst. Very poor condition, small rooms and ok service.
Go to the Admiral or Kong Arthor (even better!).
