Family of three enjoyed their stay.
This hotel is very clean and offers updated equipment (ipod station/flat screen TV/room safe). Bed was BIG and very comfortable. We initially had a difficult time getting to the hotel, but I was able to navigate there with my garmin nuvi-mexico maps. The hotel is located on a main street (Blvd Hermanos Serdan) and cannot be missed once you arrive. We initially booked a double occupant room but we spoke to reception and we were able to update to a single room with a great view of the main street without any additional cost. The hotel staff is great. I became sick on one day and the hotel was able to get me an on-call doctor to my room for $600 pesos (about $55 us dollars). Doctor was very knowledgeable and he prescribed me some good medication which took care of my medical problems. Overall, we are satisfied with this hotel.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
I recommend that you go to Africam Safari on the outskirts of Puebla. It is a drive-thru zoo with animals walking around freely while you drive through the road. It is totally worth the 15 minute drive. Plan to spend half a day at the zoo.
