very happy with experience
Thr staff was extrememly helpful and courteous. The price was very competitive with hotels that didn’t offer comparable amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with our clean and comfortable room. I would definately stay there again.

Stay at Novotel Brisbane
Reciptionist was trying to be efficient but not so informative. Room cleaning staff forced us to go out before 11:30 because their work hour was till noon. Second day, only one face towel was supplied for two people. Third day, tissue paper was empty. Room cleaning service was poor and a bug (?) bit my foot on second night in our room. Attitude of the hotel staff was so official and not so friendly. I think many business people stays this hotel but quite a few families also stay. I guess location of the hotel is very good in the city.
