Good Service but bad maintenance
II along with my family stayed 3 days in the west wing of the hotel in late Oct09. Got a good deal from expedia and the room was bigger than our expectations. But the main problem with the room was its shabbiness while floor mattress infront of the restroom was always been wet due to some leakages. Hotel needs a good refurbishing. Despite several complains, hotel authority did little to fix the problems. Though the hotel was close to the twin tower, we were not privileged to have that view from our room. Staffs are delightful but not equally active. I had to call them many times in two weeks time after leaving the hotel for releasing the blocked amount in credit card. Next time I would probably stay in a different hotel more closer to Bukit Bintang.

Good hotel close to the Patronas Towers
The hotel is well placed in Kuala Lumpur. When we came to check in at the hotel they had messed up the booking, but with no hassle they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. The only issue was the smokey smell in the room as we’re both non smokers. But the hotel attempted to reduce the smell by giving the room an extra clean, which did help. On leaving there was a mix up with ordering the taxi, but this was eventually resolved
