Love the pools!
We traveled with our 21 month old daughter and she enjoyed very much the pool and especially one that seems like lake shore, because it gradually deepens, so she could stay just in the shore playing. We spent most of our time at the pool area, and the service was excellent, the food and drinks were very good and as we went on September, there weren’t too much guests, so we could enjoy and relax!

Great Stay at Hacienda del Mar
Stay at Hacienda del Mar for 3 nights on first week of August. All the areas, pools, restaurants, rooms, beach, were great. If you get early to the hotel ask for a second or third floor room...you’ll get a great view and nice balcony to spend your evenings outside.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Hacienda del Mar beach area is very nice but waves are very strong. For a great beach, take a taxi or a bus 3 miles east and get to Playa "Santa Maria", it’s very basic...downtown beach area is nice too but is loaded with vendors...at Santa Maria...the water is beatiful, waves are nice and is cystal clear. Rent snorkel gear at the spot for 15-20 USD or buy your own at Wal Mart and use it all week.

Needed more time to enjoy
My husband and I took our babymoon here and are always pleased by Sheraton. They have the best beds and most beautiful resorts! We only went for a couple days and wished we could stay longer. Beware of the sales pitch when you check in because there is a time share section of the resort- they ask to talk to you right when you check in!
Traveller's tip on local attractions
There is so much to do in Cabo- just take the shuttle into town ($20 round trip). Food everywhere seemed to be super expensive, especially at the hotel! Beware that the last shuttle pick-up from town can get full and they’ll make you take a cab.
