Very chic and well-located
Very cool location on a renovated wharf in an up-and-coming part of town -- kind of like Sydneys TriBeCa. Generally excellent service -- the only faults I found were one missed wake-up call (luckily not urgent) and an out-of-order elevator connecting to the pool, which required a walk on the street and a little searching to find the side entrance. But reception staff were extremely helpful and gave good recommendations for places to eat, etc. Worth the expense. Id stay there again easily.
Traveller's tip on dining
Restaurants on the Wharf are great, but for a different vibe nearby Challis Avenue at Potts Point (up the stairs that lead toward Kings Cross) has some excellent and trendy cafes/restaurants.
