Clerk very accomodating

The keycard to my assigned room did not work and the desk clerk reassigned me to another room which was in my opinion better but was not an official upgrade (in case his supervisors are reading this).

Very acommodating

They were very accomodating, my mother is elderly and they did not have a handicap room available, when she requested a shower chair they made some phone calls to other hotels and managed to locate one for her to use. We appreciated it very much.
