Needs Improvement
I thought the room smelled of chemicals when we walked it. It was a bit overpowering. Overpriced for what it was.

Not a bargain
The price was very reasonable; in fact, we felt as if we were getting a great deal. The room was about the size of a third bedroom in a three bedroom house, moderately small. Now this wouldn’t mean much except that the wall unit AC was old, loud and blew directly onto me. I checked the other rooms that we rented, and they were all similar. The bathroom had hot and cold water, but was worn and showed signs of decay. All in all, unless you’re stuck, this is not worth even the low price we paid.
