Staff Friendly - room not what was expected

I had booked the room with "handicapped access". I didn’t think about smoking or non-smoking as we don’t smoke. When we arrived, the one available handicapped access room was one that allowed smoking. My choice was limited. We could have a room with more comfortable handicap access, but stank, or choose a non-smoking room. I elected the regular room. My husband is in a power chair, and it was extremely difficult for him to get around in the room. However, we both had agreed we didn’t want a smoking room. We were caught in a no-win situation.
