Extremely BAD experience.
We had an exceptionally bad experience with this particular Super 8 Hotel. The number of people staying in our room changed from when I originally booked the Hotel. We asked, when checking in, for our rate to be adjusted and they refused They simply would not remove the "extra person" charge from my bill. So we paid extra for no reason. Then conference I was attending changed their schedule allowing for us to leave a day early. I went to the hotel staff politely explained the situation and told them that I would not be needing my 3rd night stay (I did this 24 hours before I intended to check out early). They denied me my request and told me that my credit card would be charged regardless of whether I stayed there or not. I then called Hotels.com and they called the Super 8 to make the same request on my behalf. They also were denied. As a side note also, the carpets in the rooms were very dirty. And the continental breakfast was barely existent. One day we were not given any towels or washcloths. We went to the desk to request them and they said they were all out of washclothes. I honestly, could have easily overlooked these last complaints had they been more congenial concerning my need to leave a day early. I felt my satisfaction as a customer was the farthest thing from there mind. I will never use this hotel again.
