A great place to stay
The hotel was as central as you can get it within walking distance of most tourist attractions and just round the corner from the "Palazzo Reale". Our junior suite was modern, clean, spacious and overlooked a lovely and quiet court-yard. The bathroom was very nice and the shower lovely (two separate nozzle heads was almoast too much!) Staff was friendly and efficient and the breakfast great. I can’t think of anything bad to say about it!

Not as good as I thought it would be
The location of Townhouse70 is great on one of the main streets. The room we had 105 was poorly maintained, there was plaster missing from around the doorframe and sockets. There was coffee splashed up the bathroom wall. The internet didn’t work (but we weren’t charged either so that was OK but a little inconvenient) Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and good service. Sound insulation was poor in rooms could hear next door’s TV and phone calls! We could also hear the phone in reception. Decor was quite nice, we were in a junior suite but there was only one armchair in the lounge part which was weird. Would not class it as a luxury hotel but good basic hotel in convenient location.

Contemporary Hotel in the Midst of Historic City!
Townhouse 70 is a beautiful small hotel with gracious service. The suites are fabulous, with sleek, simple decor and nice amenities. Very comfortable seating area, beds, great double shower! Request an interior room as the hotel is on a major street.
