the hotel was wonderful & the staff was great
the rooms where super clean & comfy. the local was good for concerts or nite life. the staff was courteous and helpful. it was good.

Great Hotel
This was a great hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator didn’t work but the front desk took care of that. If i went back to Concord I would definently stay here again!

Outstanding for Verizon Pavillion vacation
We recently drove to Charlotte, NC to see Nine Inch Nails on June 12th, 2009. We checked into the Hampton Inn at Concord and were surprised that the rooms were sort of small. Nonetheless, the jacuzzi worked when we got back from the concert and there was great hot water and pressure for the morning showers. We were also served excellent continental/hot breakfast with fresh coffee and french toast sticks. Just what we needed after an intense night. Thanks Hampton Inn!!! We are definitely staying again whenever we visit Charlotte again...
